At Abaya by Mursed – The Better Choice, we carefully check every product before dispatch to ensure that you receive the best quality.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only for products that are:

  • Unworn and unused

  • Unwashed

  • Undamaged

  • In original condition

  • With original tags and packaging, where applicable

Because our abayas may feature hand embroidery and handcrafted work, minor variations in embroidery, stitching, colour, pattern, or finishing are natural and are not considered defects.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Photographs of the packaging

  • A short description of the issue

After verification, we may provide a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

4. Non-Returnable Products

Returns may not be accepted for products that have been:

  • Worn or used

  • Washed

  • Altered or modified

  • Damaged after delivery

  • Stained or soiled

  • Missing original tags or packaging

  • Customized or specially made, unless received defective or incorrect

5. Return Shipping

Return shipping arrangements and costs may depend on the reason for the return.

If the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving an incorrect or materially defective product, we may provide an appropriate return solution.

6. Inspection

All returned products are subject to inspection.

If the returned product does not meet our return conditions, the return may be rejected and the product may be sent back to the customer.

7. Refunds

If a return is approved and a refund is applicable, the refund will generally be processed through the original payment method.

The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may depend on your bank, payment gateway, card issuer, or UPI provider.

8. Exchange

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may provide another appropriate resolution.
